Serving our Community!

Volunteers share their skills and time to benefit the community.

The purpose of the Phelan Friends of the Library is to strengthen and support our Phelan branch library and to create awareness and appreciation of library services.

We also raise funds to financially assist with library programs and help provide equipment and services to enhance the library experience in our community.

The Friends of the Phelan Memorial Library will now meet on the first Tuesday of each month from 5:30pm to 7:00pm.
