The Friends of the Phelan Library has worked hard to raise money and get programs going. So far, we have raised $25,000 which was matched by County Supervisor Mitzelfelt, for a total of $45,000. (more coming in December) Shown below are events, programs and purchases that have benefited our Phelan Community Library.

Funded special programs including crafts, Easter Hunt for Books, Toddler Time, Book Week, Fall Harvest, Christmas Open House, Artistic Teens, Teen Tech Week, Remembering the Holocaust, and more.
